Marvel Studios used its San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday to confirm Black Panther 3, casting British actor David Jonsson as Prince T'Challa, son of the late Chadwick Boseman's hero. Director Ryan Coogler and studio head Kevin Feige set a December 15, 2028 release, with Letitia Wright and Winston Duke returning. Boseman, the original Black Panther, died of colon cancer in 2020.
