Hema Malini says daughters Esha, Ahana still grieving Dharmendra's death
Actor-politician Hema Malini said her daughters Esha and Ahana Deol are still grieving the death of their father, veteran actor Dharmendra. Speaking after accepting his posthumous Padma Vibhushan, she recalled Ahana weeping at the ceremony and described an unfillable void in the family. Dharmendra died on November 24, 2025, aged 89, at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital, and is survived by six children.
