PhonePe's FY26 revenue rises 11.5% to ₹7,920 crore
Digital-payments major PhonePe's consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹7,920 crore in FY26, an increase of ₹815 crore, or 11.47%, over the previous fiscal year, according to its regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies. Walmart, through WM Digital Commerce Holdings, remains PhonePe's dominant shareholder with a 73.33% stake. It is among India's largest digital-payments firms by transaction volume.
