India, Israel wrap up second round of free trade agreement talks

India and Israel concluded the second round of negotiations for a proposed free trade agreement, held in New Delhi from July 20 to 23, the Commerce Ministry said Friday. The talks covered goods and services, rules of origin, intellectual property, customs and technical barriers. Both sides called the discussions constructive and committed to an early, balanced and mutually beneficial pact.
