Elisha Cuthbert sells LA home for $1.93 million after price cuts
Actor Elisha Cuthbert has sold her longtime Los Angeles home for $1.93 million after more than a year on and off the market. The Canadian actor, known for 24, Old School and House of Wax, first listed it in July 2025 at $3.13 million, cutting the price repeatedly before relisting at $2.095 million in June.
