Army officers are losing crores to futures and options trading
One Army officer began trading futures and options in 2022 after a college friend's suggestion, opening an account with Rs 10,000 and making about Rs 80,000 on his first trades. Three years later he was sitting on Rs 48 lakh in losses. A monthly salary above Rs 1 lakh supplied the liquidity that kept him trading.
